Absolutely disgusting treatment. Ask you to sign legal docs saying you’re happy with work done BEFORE you even see a dentist. Then they said my denture voucher had expired when it was still valid and claimed work was completed when I hadnt even been moulded for dentures! Not even a courtesy call to discuss before canceling everything!! Disrespectful of my decision in how I wanted to proceed, badgering me to get work done I don’t want, lying to me that if I dont do it all now, I will have to go back on a lengthy waitlist. I am so glad I recently moved close to Pittsworth. I needed to see a Dentist, making an appointment recently. I have a phobia about Dentists - becoming PTSD. Not expecting much, I explained my situation and grousome history. To my surprise, the Dentist and Nurse actually listened, and suggested a few things. My only regret, I hadn't met these Dental Professionals years ago!
