I recently had my Lincoln Navigator serviced at Pittsville Ford. The entire process went smoothly and Pittsville Ford Service Dept provided exceptional customer service. I live about 20 miles from the dealership and they still picked up my vehicle and brought me a loaner. This was my first experience with their service, and I am extremely pleased.
The team in Pittsville and Preston are top notch and work with me through the entire process. Stephen, Ryan and Kyle went out of there way to build the exact truck i wanted and it turned out beautiful. Update recently had an exhaust system installed. There was some issues with the parts another company provided and Corinne Gardner and Stephen where a huge help finguring out the issues and working with said companyto get the correct parts. Our salesperson was excellent, helpful, and made the process very easy. The only issue was the finance process took much longer than expected. My father is 78 years old with a hernia, and waiting nearly two hours was difficult physically. We feel more paperwork could have been prepared electronically ahead of pickup to make the process smoother.
