The service manager Heather Seaton at Pittsville Ford went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied with all the recent repairs to my 2020 F-150 Lariat. As the name says, they get you in quick and everything is done in a very timely manner. Staff is also great. My only comment is after having dealt with two different Quick Lanes. Both dealerships told us about the extensive inspection they went through before selling them, more extensive than the MD inspection. But when you go get your oil changed they start(recommending) all these other things, air cabin filter, brakes services, alignment, injection system cleaning, etc... when I questioned them they then say we are just re... read more
