Pittsville is a good service department. Concierge service is great. This is my first Ford, also the brand that has had the most recalls (at least 5). Not the dealership's fault.

Service advisor handled work order completely and professionally. Battery on F150 Hybrid was totally dead so service tech checked system and battery finding no real issues. Charged battery and all has been well since. Very satisfied with warranty work.....
