Bought a mustang ev yesterday, a marvel of engineering, IMHO. A very pleasant experience. Everyone at Preston/Pittsville Ford is friendly and laid-back. They really were concerned I was getting what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay.
Absolute terrible place. Went in after purchasing truck to cancel my extended warranty that I did not need. After signing paperwork in December, only to find out from the extended warranty company that nothing was ever submitted. After numerous phone calls and voicemails, I've been getting the runaround and they will not return my calls. Also reached out to the GM and President with no reply. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service.
I recently bought a 2024 F250 lariat crew cab diesel 4x4 from Pittsville Ford, It was a pleasure working with Steve Townsend Mark Smith and Coleman Willey. I would highly recommend anyone to these gentlemen if you are looking for a vehicle!! :)
