I trust Craig and his team. They’re super experienced and competent and friendly and do a great job communicating. I like keeping my old cars running— we have 5 : 2004 Volvo with 240k miles, 2008 Sienna with 350k miles, a 2014 Chevy, and newer Toyotas and Volvos. Having a place like this means a lot to me. My grandfather used to say “you get what you pay for …if you’re lucky”. I feel lucky to have Craig and team on my side.

this is the only place I’ll ever take my car, ever, Hail Mary the end. Great service, super supportive mechanics, these guys really know their stuff. If you go any place else, I’ll pray for you.

Pittsford Automotive put my wife at risk. After a NYS inspection, they failed to tighten her lug nuts. She was 5 months pregnant, driving on I‑90, when the tire they removed fell off at highway speed (see pictures). I cannot express how terrifying that moment was for all of us. They denied responsibility, offered only to replace the tire, and promised to fix the damaged fender at a later time, a promise they dragged out for 7 months.
