I had a sudden dental emergency where I was unable to eat or sleep. I just started a new job and my insurance had not kicked in yet, so I felt like I had no options. This office literally saved my life. The staff is so, so friendly and accommodating. They were able to work with me to find an affordable way to get my extraction and they squeezed me in so I could be out of pain ASAP! Felt welcomed as a new patient here. The entrance is stunning: clean and easy on the eyes 🦷 The staff is well knowledgeable from check-in to the dentist. They answered all my questions, asked me good questions too, made great conversations, and educated me on different things throughout the process. The facility includes a TV equipped with Netflix, noise cancelling headphones, personalized signage for your appointment, warm towels, and more
New patient teeth cleaning appointment. State of the art facility (to include big screen TVs in each of the dental examination rooms) with very friendly staff. The dentist was very thorough and took her time answering all the questions. Highly recommend Pittsfield Dental Studio.
