One of the most obnoxious callbacks I've ever received from an inquiry. I filled out a form on the website. Owner claims they have no record of doing business with me. That's because it never got past the callback. The woman who called did listen to my story, but really offered no sympathy and blanketed me with "Yeah they can do that, they can do anything" then proceeded to hurry me along. One of the most obnoxious callbacks I've ever received from an inquiry. They won't do anything for you including answer simple questions without asking you to sign "that you agree to the top end of their range" .. the phone call was a woman screaming in my ear about how it was about the money, the money, the money.
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Best experience I've had with a contractor in ...maybe ever. The most important thing to me is communication. Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling (PBR) was extremely responsive. Onsite workers were respectful, friendly, and very competent. Pittsburgh’s Best Remodeling did a complete Kitchen remodel for me. It turned out so beautifully! I can’t say enough about the great experience from beginning to end. Missy designed everything taking all my requests into account. Toby was the lead carpenter, and had a great plan for how to execute the remodel.
