We are extremely pleased with the bathroom renovation that Pittsburgh’s Best just completed. Nathan was here every day, and did the yeoman’s share of the work. He was conscientious and careful and communicated with us well throughout. Everyone who worked on the job was professional and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely use Pittsburgh’s Best again.
One of the most obnoxious callbacks I've ever received from an inquiry. I filled out a form on the website. Owner claims they have no record of doing business with me. That's because it never got past the callback. The woman who called did listen to my story, but really offered no sympathy and blanketed me with "Yeah they can do that, they can do anything" then proceeded to hurry me along. One of the most obnoxious callbacks I've ever received from an inquiry. They won't do anything for you including answer simple questions without asking you to sign "that you agree to the top end of their range" .. the phone call was a woman screaming in my ear about how it was about the money, the money, the money.
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Best experience I've had with a contractor in ...maybe ever. The most important thing to me is communication. Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling (PBR) was extremely responsive. Onsite workers were respectful, friendly, and very competent. They remodeled our bathroom and it looks beautiful. Sam is the best!!! 5 stars is not enough! Very professional and easy to work with.
