I brought my Yorkie in that was eventually diagnosed with HGE. He was on the brink of death. The doctor and everybody there were so kind and helpful. They helped my baby get stronger and referred me to Cheat Lake Animal Hospital as their overnight staffing wasn’t available. They didn’t rush me, helped me understand certain things and made me feel like my baby was in good hands. Prices were really high but I guess thats just what they cost nowadays. BluePearl North & South have been great. My 9 month old Frenchie had a Cherry Eye that Dr Finn surgically treated. Everything went well with the surgery. Staff have all been great and responsive to my calls and emails during the postoperative period. My Frenchie was evaluated and cared for at both facilities. I highly recommend both facilities.
I cannot recommend them enough nor convey how grateful I am to them for saving my cat Peter’s life. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. From the front desk to the ER doctors, everyone was absolutely wonderful.
This place is wonderful! Friendly staff! Takes top notch care of our pets! I highly recommend this hospital for all pet emergencies!
Blue Pearl was there when our dog emergency occurred. Our dog somehow got caught in a chain-link fence and lacerated its neck, resulting in the need for wound closure and dressing later in the evening. We were promptly evaluated and she was seen by the doctor immediately. The doctor advised us of what would need to be done and we were giving the price, item by item upfront before anything was done.
