Took my cat in for an emergency visit due to a urinary blockage. They were great! They kept him for 48 hours to ensure all was well. Everyone was so sweet!
I wish I had seen all of these posts before I took my Max there. They take advantage of people who are in vulnerable positions and all they tried to do was get me to do more testing more testing more of everything just to make more money it was very disappointing. ($4000) We took him there, he needed oxygen, he stayed overnight by the time we got there the next morning he had deteriorated so badly that we had to put him down. I needed help with a question for the Dr. or tech that conducted my appointment. After calling for 3 days, I kept being told I had to wait until someone was in for the department. I was finally connected to the desk manager who was very helpful and solved my problem. I just wish I didn't have to endure all the stress over the previous days.
Took our cat here for an evaluation of an ear problem. Everyone was so nice and explained everything very well. Worked up a plan to investigate the problem further and scheduled follow-up appointment very soon. Totally happy so far.
I live 1hr away. Everybody at Blue Pearl was so wonderful and the experience I received was very amazing. I would recommend Blue Pearl to my friends and family.
