Run-down dirty office, completely unorganized, today I was told I'd been confused with another patient, they 100% lie about procedures you need just so they can charge you and your insurance, and they make up amounts you owe while claiming they can't get a hold of your insurance to find out what you're actually responsible for. I was talked into getting a partial on my first visit but they claimed they couldn't reach my insurance so they'd cap my payment at $350. Continued review: For the 2 fillings I was charged for, I was told I owed $177 that wasn’t covered by insurance. The amount is so high because she charged me for two even though I only got one, but either way, I’ve never been charged for fillings by previous dentists and my insurance hasn’t changed. The doctor didn’t understand the EOD and the receptionist was on hold with my insurance trying to find out if the amount was correct.
