I have been trying to schedule an initial appointment with this office for at least 3-4 weeks. When you call all you get is a recording to leave your info and they will call you back. Originally they called me and told me to call back on October 2 because they are Switching to AHN. I called back and left my info 3 more times, no call back. I requested an appointment on- line. The office staff is perhaps the worst that I have encountered at the Jefferson office. They refused to even try to schedule an 87 year old man who is medically fragile for testing at a time that he could have support and transportation. He was very upset and worried. When I called the office to try to change the time that they gave him they simply canceled the appointment and said that his test is only done at 8:00 am and left it alone and promptly hung up on me. The number is consistently busy at the Jefferson office. I then called the office at the waterfront and spoke to the nicest receptionist. I plan on telling the physicians at this office how wonderful and helpful she was.
