Recommendedgreat job PP crew, I had a problem with my engine fan never turning off, that two other establishments could not figure out.PP plugged into my service port and found my ECM was going bad,new battery and reflashed, and found a sensor unplugged,by the starter, plugged it in and the fan turned off. I can't say enough about PP , Honesty and integrity! a new customer for life.

charged more than estimated and took 3 business days longer than was supposed to. had the truck in another shop and then back to you, charged 700 dollars to find nothing wrong. tried to haul next load. had to be towed and 10k later and no longer using your fuel catalist our fuel mileage is coming back up 3 tank full later. call back from your company is poor at best. my goal is to make sure people are told of our experiences with you
