Staff and doctor (have predominantly seen 1) are all very nice. They are thorough with their explanations of the process. The star deduction is for what I personally felt during the visits. We've (my child and I) visited about 3 times so far and each time I sense there is a strong divide in what we can ask/discuss with the doctor versus what we have to ask/discuss with the admin. When I pose questions to the doctor that I think is related to my child and the treatment, they redirect me and say so and so admin can answer it. ... read more
We love Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group. The staff is wonderful! They are great at scheduling appointments and keeping my kids on track with their orthodontic goals. I highly recommend!
We love Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group! Our daughter is just about done with her expander and braces and we could not have asked for a better place! The staff is nothing shy of amazing - they are very welcoming, very patient and understanding with the kids and are very engaged with the parent and child throughout the entire process! Dr. Deme and his staff are excellent. I'm a senior citizen decided at a late age to fix my alignment. I'm so happy I did and I'm smiling all the time. Never too late to look great.
