I had appointments scheduled for an Endoscopy March 24th and Colonoscopy around April 6th with Dr. Pagano. I received a call 3 days ago that the Endoscopy needs to be canceled because they don't have a proper diagnosis for insurance to approve the procedure. The lady says I can schedule a phone appointment with the Doctor so that he can get info and reschedule the procedure. 2 minutes later I get a call saying the procedure won't be canceled because me making the phone appointment on March 3rd gives enough time for insurance... read more

I called to schedule my appointment for a colonoscopy which is not a very pleasant thing to do. I spoke with Bill who was outstanding!!!!! He was so patient & kind with me. He made an unpleasant experience in scheduling, very pleasant. By the end of the call, he had me laughing. I would recommend this practice and Bill to everyone!!!!!

No! Their scheduling department was really RUDE! It was as if they were in the middle of a horrible day and wanted to take it out on me. Just plain condescending and miserable!
