I love the woman Dr she’s great been going there for over a year!! The office staff is great.
I am so sick of this place. I’m calling bbb! I literally barely even call and need a paper filled out for work and have to wait over 3 weeks to get a paper signed! Im getting a new Dr but this place needs MAJOR investigation! I played there games for years and I had enough! Mind you all I get is medical Marijuana which I even go to a different Dr for! He makes appointments for every 3 months I went to another Dr and got approved for a whole year!
Dr David Arthur gave my daughter 18 x a lethal dose of suboxone - His license should be revoked - he was never held accountable- please do NOT go this horrendous dr-
