Dr. Ettyreddy was great! Even though our first visit was short, he took time to explain everything thoroughly and asked if we had questions. My teen felt comfortable with him and we have no qualms about him performing surgery.
Very thorough testing and examination. Competent compassionate staff. Explained what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.
I've give what I didn't like first - I was surprised I had to fill out all the paper registration forms, since I had already done it 2 days previous to my appointment. The audiologist spoke really fast, with a high pitched voice - and it was in the range where my hearing is worst. I finally figured out that she was going to give me a hearing test - so I gave her the copy of the one I had taken with HearUSA about 6 weeks earlier. The doctors and PA's were great - I mean GREAT.
