As a new patient I was more than impressed with the entire staff. They were very pleasant, helpful and kind. I rarely see this level of attention. Great experience.
My hearing aid suddenly stopped charging and went dead. I got an appointment quickly- not with my usual audiologist- but with a very nice young woman. She did everything she could to “fix” the problem but it became clear that the hearing aid had to be returned for service. I appreciated her honest and professional approach to my problem
I came here for the first time yesterday as someone who has had ear issues for years. Dr. Ettyreddy gave me one of the best ear cleanings I have had and helped with arranging next steps to address other issues with my ear. The staff was also so nice and helpful and I would recommend anyone with ear issues to come here for treatment.
Dr. Hillman is very professional and helpful when I would ask questions. Megan was very pleasant and thorough in doing my hearing test. Kristin was extremely helpful and explaining when she was upgrading my hearing aids.
