The Pittsburgh Doula Network has been such a great support for us as we navigated the birth of our first child. They were fast to respond and set up interviews with potential doulas, and our doula Sydney is amazing, trustworthy, and so helpful.

Kelly was wonderful! She helped me over night after my C-section. Kelly also helped me understand nursing and made it easier for me.
My doula Krista was amazing. She provided childbirth education during my pregnancy that left me feeling informed and empowered to go into my birth experience prepared. She offered multiple prenatal visits where we further discussed labor, delivery, breastfeeding, etc. She was super attentive and checked in with me frequently leading up to my due date. We really enjoyed working with PDN for the birth of our first child! We were able to confidently have an unmedicated birth in a hospital setting with the education & guidance of our doula, Jillian. Definitely recommend a doula regardless of what type or location of birth that you desire! I felt immediately more at peace about giving birth once we hired Jillian.
