Rude and terrible business practice. Established a service date with Brad. On date of appointment, denied service due to having a Groupon. Was told they lose money. I told him this is a company issue, and they should honor it, as they have in the past. Maybe they need to discontinue partnership with Groupon. I requested ride back to my home after drop off -very close by, and I did say I could Uber if need be. On call, I was denied service and Brad hung the phone up on me. Beyond excellent service. These guys worked on my car for so many hours and then even apologized for taking so long. But they took a long time because they care and wanted to do an awesome job. My car literally looks better than the day I bought it. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!! The ONLY place for your car detailing in Pittsburgh!
