The crew here were super nice and the car looks beautiful. I don't mean to nitpick but they did forget to clean the glove compartment. Not a huge deal something I fixed with Lysol wipes. That is the only reason I didn't provide a five star review. When you Other than that and despite it I would still bring my car back to be serviced by them. Unfortunately had a poor experience here. Dropped our car off at 8am as scheduled for detail, they didn’t call until they were 10 minutes to close that our car was done. When we pulled up we saw multiple employees rushing to finish the detail. Left our windshield so streaky we had to clean ourselves afterwards due to visibility issues. Poor customer service skills, very passive aggressive, almost trying to make us feel bad for our car being dirty? Isn’t that was detailing is for?
Scott did a great job on my interior; looks like new! Appreciate all the elbow grease he put into it.
