I recently attended a service there. The outside infrastructure was beautiful. The place was nice and clean, the people were friendly. But when it came time for the speaker to speak into the microphones that's where it all went downhill. I sat on the front row and I still couldn't understand what the speaker was saying. The mic/sound system is in really bad shape. Not sure why they haven't invested into that part of the infrastructure. I then went to get some water first and then to the restroom. Nice place. However, one would think the cost of final expenses on a loved one, you would think they would upgrade their sound system.

This funeral home has done everyone in my family my great grandma my aunt my grandpa most recently my big brother and my husband they were never inpatient with me crying in the parking lot and answered all my questions even though they were crazy.. they did beautifully on my husband thank you for everything

There is no easy way to tell a loved one goodbye, no matter the age, illness or cause of death. Pittsburg Funeral Chapel does a great job at making you feel comfortable and at ease through the process of putting your loved one to eternal sleep in their human body. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other locations. They explain very thing and call you if anything else is needed. I went in for a pre-death consult w/ David and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything I needed and we were able to set up a plan. The place was clean and easy to find as well.
