Save time and dont use these people. All they do is get your medical history. I talked to my attorney for a total of 10 minutes before trial. I found out my doc had lied in her notes about certain things after the verdict came back and they refused to proceed with the last trial. 2 years eaiting for nothing. They were nice from the beginning,they never communicated with me nothing I would call they would say they don't have time to talk. Never told me I got mail ,I only from them but once, Now I call they say I've been denied. Bullshit that twice they have screwed me over.
I’m four days away from my appeal deadline and I called to speak to them on this only to be told they would get the appeal done today. I called as soon as I got the denial letter and I guess they had to wait to get theirs. In the meantime my case was forgotten all together until I called. I surely hope we can get that appeal in as it would be detrimental to my case that’s been going on for quite some time and it would be complete malpractice for my daughter’s case.
