They were nice from the beginning,they never communicated with me nothing I would call they would say they don't have time to talk. Never told me I got mail ,I only from them but once, Now I call they say I've been denied. Bullshit that twice they have screwed me over.
I’m four days away from my appeal deadline and I called to speak to them on this only to be told they would get the appeal done today. I called as soon as I got the denial letter and I guess they had to wait to get theirs. In the meantime my case was forgotten all together until I called. I surely hope we can get that appeal in as it would be detrimental to my case that’s been going on for quite some time and it would be complete malpractice for my daughter’s case.
