Pitts and Spitts doesn't deliver Pitts and Spitts doesn't deliver. I ordered a BBQ and paid down payment. Lead time was supposed to be 6 weeks but didn't receive the BBQ after waiting for 3 months despite many calls to ask for the order status. I would call, they would commit to call me back with a delivery date but they never did.

empty promises Had a cooker damaged in a auto collision. Sent photos as I'm out of state. They quoted and insurance issue a check which was endorsed and has been cashed. It's been six weeks now and, as the other reviewer has stated, all I get are promises to return phone calls that I never get.

Go any place else!!! no follow thru, did not have any satisfaction with correcting issues, always told "we'll call you back" and they NEVER did. I am tired of calling them and wish We had NEVER bought their product. Go any place else

Get it in writing. I am hoping this pit is worth the hassle. Delivered but with wrong connection. Hauled away my old one and I have guests coming...The experience has been quite a hassle--charged wrong, couldn't get refund without a dispute, delivery two weeks late.

Great pits I think what the last guy said about Pitts and Spitts was totally false. I went there in January and recently had my outdoor kitchen designed and built by Pitts and Spitts, they did a fabulous job. They were very knowledgable about their products and built me a beautiful summer kitchen. There is not enough good things I can say about the product and the sales team at pitt and spitts.

Sucky, but pretty BBQ Pits I went to Pitts and Spitts about 2 months ago, and what I found was that the original team of three guys that took that company to the next level were gone. I heard that they got screwed out of their ownership. The first time that I went about 8 months ago they were going to custom design my outdoor kitchen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Serious If you're ready to quit screwing around with BBQing and really start grillin', then this is your place. It's the mecca of BBQ supplies. I can't say enough good things about it. It's not your cheapest place, but the expertise and the quality of goods more than makes up for that. I gladly send anyone there who is looking to get into the hobby.

bar b q delight i was amazed when i went to this place. they have every kind of pit, big or small. they are high on prices but you can find anything amaginable you may need for cooking outdoors. i would highly recommend this place. the quality of their products is the highest and worth the extra money because it will last. need a gift for the outdoor cooker and don't know what to get go here. i did not even know what some of the items were but was amazed by them when told what they were.
