This place is awesome. My son has been a patient here for over 2 years. Dr Pitts and staff are very good and supportive with kids. Appointments are easy to schedule. Highly recommend this places

This is the “it” office when it comes to orthodontics! Pitts has been around since my mom was a kid and they continue to provide the best orthodontia in the area, EASILY! My experience at Pitts Orthodontics has been really great so far! Everyone has been very knowledgeable, kind & caring. I want to say how much I appreciate Michael for taking such good care to make sure everything is perfect when I’ve been in for adjustments.
Consultation was a horrible experience. I left crying. They do review of your pictures and plan with a wide open window that faces to the lobby for everyone to see,which just screams HIPAA violation. Dr. Arnie Pitts was very impersonable, unprofessional and rushed. It’s obvious that they see patients as numbers so they can rack up more money (they’re seeing so many patients in one hour, it’s probably not even a bother to them if you don’t schedule).
