Purchasing our new home from Pitt’s was a great decision. Mr Pitts Kelly and the crew are simply put “The Best “ absolutely want you to have the best experience and service there is. We feel very grateful for each of them. If you want the best experience buy from Mr Pitt’s. His company still believes in customer service and a thorough job . Not to mention they are all very good people!!
Working with Matt was great...got a home...then the problems started...all windows are not working properly...doors won't open or close correctly...pitts assured us that for the first year...if anything needs fixed to call them and it would be taken care of...it's been anything but...Kelly is rude and nasty when we call...Maurice (The owner) tells us "we'll get there in a few weeks" then never shows...until we call and email several times...buying was great...the service after sucks!
