We’ve been struggling with plumbing issues last few days, and ended up having Pitton, who were sub-contracted out by the city to resolve. Although the city still has work to do on their end, Dave and Alex, from Pitton were extremely helpful, cordial, pleasant, polite, and professional. They completed their task, did a thorough clean up, and provided us with the information so we understood exactly what went wrong, and what was needed. Thank you, Dave & Alex!

Had a sewer back up situation after hours, of course! First call was to Pitton Plumbing, a company I have used several times in the past. And as in the past, the guys were fantastic. I like to learn from situations and the crews have always been very knowledgeable and willing to explain what was happening. Tonight was no exception. I was kept up to date as to the arrival time.
