I’d hit a deer and took my Mercedes-Benz GL 350 to Pittman on recommendation of another body shop that highly recommended them. They were efficient, direct to the point of what needed to be done. They also had rental cars available which I appreciate. His workmanship was impeccable. My car is a white Mercedes, a hard color to match, came back perfect. I highly don’t recommend! Kept our vehicle for over a month just to replace a fender and front door panel with no frame damage. Claimed we needed a whole new door but, original door is still on just replaced the outer panel. Also claimed he would have to paint the whole passenger side, basically so that it all would match. However, that didn’t happen. you can tell that only the fender and door were painted, and part of the strip beside the front glass window. Never offered an itemized bill to us.
