I purchased the air mattress for the back seat of my truck. I sleep in the back seat often & this product has been great. It gives me more room to sleep comfortably & is exactly what I needed. Thank you for a great product.
Hace dos años compre una casa de su marca con su distribuidor de la baja en mexico. La casa llego rota, las telas con agujeros, me costaba mas caro regresar el producto, le pedí al vendedor que me enviara unos parches y lo dejábamos asi, jamás envió nada, la casa no es apta para hacer uso de ella. En fin. Pésimo producto y pésimo servicio...
Very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered an air mattress as a birthday gift and they sent the completely wrong product and color even though the order was taped directly to the box. When I contacted them about the error as soon as I received it and returned the item they sent the same day, 5 days before I needed it for the birthday, as well as shared with them my timeline, they made no effort to get me the correct product on time. Extremely disappointing especially for an expensive product.
Jim Pittman, thanks for helping me get my first tent! This place is awesome for camping stuff. Gustavo's awesome to work with. He made the installation look easy. I'll be back for sure.
