Very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered an air mattress as a birthday gift and they sent the completely wrong product and color even though the order was taped directly to the box. When I contacted them about the error as soon as I received it and returned the item they sent the same day, 5 days before I needed it for the birthday, as well as shared with them my timeline, they made no effort to get me the correct product on time. Extremely disappointing especially for an expensive product.
Jim Pittman, thanks for helping me get my first tent! This place is awesome for camping stuff. Gustavo's awesome to work with. He made the installation look easy. I'll be back for sure.
