Amazing support ! Great products ... highly recommend this company.
Zero customer service or product support. Bed worked well for a while then the pump quit. Took the time to send in a video showing it was broken. They wouldn't help me unless I had the original receipt. I don't keep receipts on anything. Period. Bed when inflated works great, the company has terrible customer service and really could care less if your happy. I would look at a competitor product who will stand behind it or if you have to buy a pittman product keep the receipt or maybe get it from a retailer who will support y... read more
