Great for incorperating a business or just general accounting issues I've used this firm for setting up Chapter C corporations and trusts. They are thorough and certainly know the law. It can be expensive the more time you need to meet though. They have a great CPA, Rick Kratz who is quite familiar with accounting and how it relates to franchising. The offices are a bit difficult to find, but worth the search.
