I love my new doctor- and the front desk girls are always good to deal with
I’ve been trying to call during regular business hours, but no one ever answers the phone. Instead, I keep getting sent to voicemail. Very frustrating.
My rating is for the receptionist. Both my daughter and I are patients of Dr Eskandary. I don’t know what the receptionist does all day. .. but I can assure you it’s not returning phone calls. I have to plan far in advance if I need a prescription renewed because it can take 5-6 calls to get on the line with anyone. I don’t expect a call back immediately but when you leave a message and 3 days later still haven’t received a call back.. that’s a little ridiculous.
