The staff really need to improve communication. It would help if they clearly explained what each appointment is for and what to expect. We took time off work and pulled the kids out of school, only to find out the visit was just for a routine checkup instead of the treatment we thought we were scheduled for. Better clarity would save families time and frustration. Unfortunately won’t be coming back here.

A great job was done from start to finish. Great staff that were super helpful. I would recommend Pitt Meadows Orthodontics to anyone having to deal with braces.

The team at Pitt Meadows Orthopaedic is absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, the staff (Dani at the front counter always has a smile on her face) the rest of the team were also always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and it has truly been a pleasure working with them. Having my braces from them was a great experience! They only broke once or twice, and I was able to get in when that happened. They were comfortable and easy to work around. The entire team was friendly, cooperative, and enjoyable!
