Reception, assistants and dentists are very thorough and accommodating to my healthcare needs. Bright and modern facility located in a renovated home in Pitt Meadows. Overall a lovely experience. Friendly and professional!
The receptionist was amazing when I called on Monday to book, the tech today was so kind and helpful, and Dr. Bhatti did an excellent job educating us and caring for our newborn. I would highly recommend them—especially appreciated that he errs on the side of not intervening unless something is truly needed when it comes to ties
I don't want to generalize. I'll just say it briefly. I was disappointed with this clinic. Firstly, the treatment was very expensive. Secondly, I've had good dentists, but the people working at the reception were completely unprofessional. Simply amateurs. After six months, they started demanding a certain amount for a service that had already been rendered and paid in full. I will never return to this clinic again, even though I planned to do so and even made arrangements with the doctor. It's a great shame.
Great experience for my sons first time at the dentist. Without hesitation, recommend for adults but also kids.
