Power went out and they aren’t answering the phone
We have the pay as you go lights. Basically prepaid. I cannot stand it. How does my light bill go up 10 dollars even when my lights are off? Make it make sense. This is the worst company ever.
Reporting this company. They are not abiding by the NC State Utilites Comission. They are terrible people.
These people are the worst. I did forget to pay them, However, when i do pay them every month, they sit on the money. And take theretime to process the payment. I should have to babysit my bills. When they get paid, it should go directly to the account immediately. Money drawn case closed. They like to wait a couple of days till before they process the bill. Then shut you off becuase the the money that you thought you paid never was taken out. I can not stand incompetence.
