You cannot report power outages?! “Mailbox full” every single time. We’re at 5 hours now with zero updates. They really need to figure out how to better report outages and keep their customers updated.
Downright disgusted can't even read the meter outside of our house we call Pitt and Greene to come out here to replace it and the technician could care less. Terrible service and they are constantly overcharging us on our bill
