Customer service is terrible. I purchased a car wash 2 months ago at the time they had an offer for another $5 and you get unlimited washes for 30 days so I choose that option. I went to the register the man printed my receipt and it had my end date on it so I assumed it was just for those 30 days. 2 months later I noticed I was charged 2 more months for it at a higher fee I called to see what I could do being I never once went threw the wash because I didn’t realize I had purchased a plan they were not willing to help me in... read more
