My 2020 F150 STX was slightly damaged in the carwash. The manager was very quick to review the damage. The manager offered to purchase the damaged part and made arrangements for me to get the damaged part the next day. I got the part and replaced it and the vehicle is restored. I wish all businesses would respond to customer service like this manager did. I will continue to use the car wash for both of my vehicles.
