On a 3,000 mile trip towing a travel trailer, my Canyon diesel exhaust system clogged and put me in "limp" mode in Santa Fe. The dealer there couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. So, I limped all the way to my initial destination in Eagle Nest to park the trailer. GMC dealers are few and far between in NM, so I didn't expect quick service anywhere. Love the sales team and finance teams at Pitre. Ronnie Baca and Jeremy Banks are first class in saleswhile Hector Salgado in finance is truly top notch. A bit disappointed though that the salesmanager, Wayne Simkins, did not come over to congratulate me on my purchase, since this was the second Terrain I had purchased from Pitre in 3 weeks and he was standing next to Jeremy when we came over to thank Jeremy for his help. Not quite in touch with his customers as Ronnie, Jeremy and Hector are.
Jimmy and Ben made this transaction enjoyable. In the past, at other dealerships, the best I could have rated my experience would have been "tolerable". I commend your staff for their professionalism, helpfulness and laid back sales approach. Thank you!
What a wonderful salesman! Jerry Mansfield went the extra mile for us today by letting us look at, sit in and answer a multitude of questions on several different vehicles. After choosing one, the financing process had to have been the most pleasant we have ever experienced. Thank you all for a great experience.

Experience was great!! The dealer did everything they could to obtain a vehicle I wanted after the Enclave I test drove was sold the next day. I needed the night to think it over. I was disappointed when I went back to purchase the vehicle and it was sold a few hours earlier. They made every attempt to locate a-like vehicle and were successful
