This fast-casual joint has a few kinks to work out, but offers ribs, pulled pork, chicken, brisket, Colosimo sausages, tips & ridiculously good burnt ends. Recommended: Sausages, brisket, burnt ends.
The jalapeño melon ribs are good - more sweet than hot. Brisket was really good. Widowmaker sauce was REALLY good.
Live music on Fridays and Saturdays, AWESOME local BBQ joint! Down-home family feel.
