Just got the boat (42’ sail) back from it’s second trip to Pitman for a bottom, hull buff/wax and a few other miscellaneous things. Couldn’t be happier with the jobs done in all respects. They listened and directly addressed all my concerns and the boat came out of there looking like new. Very pleased with both of my experiences there.
Thanks Dave, Amanda and crew for making the Nauti Nana beautiful!!! I had great service, was kept up to date on the job almost daily, and will definitely be back!! This is probably one of the smaller boats you do but I was made to feel just as important as the bigger boat owners. Fantastic customer service!!!
great management and location
Pitman Yacht Services saved the day for us when our long distance transport service called and told us that our local marina would not be able to transfer our boat from the carrier into the water. Pitman, despite the fact that they were very busy, fit us into their schedule and went out of their way to help us with some unexpected issues. We were impressed with their service.
Pittman Yacht is a scam artist. They don't do what they say they did. Then tell you after paying "Take you're messed up boat to someone else, we can't fix it" They will charge you a insane amount of money, cause chips all over your boat and tell you those chips were already there and that they don't have the tools to work on boats. They do work you didn't ask them to do and charge you for it. They don't care after you pay, they take your money with a smile knowing that they didn't fix anything.
