After 3 attempts at a simple kitchen sink faucet installation, they still could not get it right. The first time there was a leak. Then within days, the entire faucet was so loose, it couldn't be used without two hands. They claim it was because of cheap Home Depot parts that I provided (a nice simple Delta unit) . However I decided to go in with my tools (rental house) and take a look myself. The reason it was loose was because they installed parts upside down and left a few out. Always friendly. Always honest about what and when they can accommodate. Always clean & presentable. They just fixed 2 leaks that manifested in my dining room, one in my slab, which is a tension slab (earthquake fitted). The slab demolition was planned correctly, efficient and minimal. Thanks guys.
