This brand is the WORST! I bought a home with a brand new pitmaker grill and smoker. The grill didn’t work correctly so I visited the store where they told me they don’t make house calls and that I have “the Ferrari of grills and smokers. “ I decided to hire a plumber to make the grill work, even though I was perplexed why they installed a brand new grill incorrectly, and never tested it. We purchased a custom BBQ/Smoker trailer in 2021 and it was eventually finished in March 2022. We paid to have it delivered to us in California. When it arrived, it was missing an LED light and the registration documents. After months of emails and phone calls, neither of the items were received. We had to go through DMV to get the trailer registered and licensed. Rebecca from Pitmaker was always polite and courteous but never delivered on her promises.
