Person on phone did not have good customer service skills. Gave me a price verbally over phone, but then gives a much higher price via text. I called for an explanation of the price increase, and he wouldn't explain it and rudely asked if I wanted my tire fixed or not. I told him yes. He stated the tech would show up a certain time and an hour after promised time, nobody has arrived and no phone call stating they would be late. Very unpleasant experience and unreliable.

Friendly and were willing to drive out to Edgewood. Mounted 4 tires and balanced them fairly quickly. 3 stars due to leaving pretty bad damage on all 4 wheels which were pretty expensive.
Pit Crew saved the day! I found myself stranded on the left shoulder of I-40 with a flat, and these guys were my saving grace after a quick google search. They answered my phone call immediately and showed up at the quoted time. My tire was changed and I was on my way in 5 minutes! I’m beyond impressed with their service!
The guys at Pitcrew fixed my problem flat. First visit they determined the nail in the tire was too close to the sidewall and couldn't be fixed. I order a spare tire from tire rack and within an hour and a half pitcher was there to install it. Great work, fast, fairly priced.
