So terribly disappointed. Pitchforks has the absolute worse customer service imaginable. I called their office April 2010 and Laura came about two weeks later and gave me a quote to replace a tree in my yard. I have been calling since April to try to find out when it would be done. I spoke with Matt early May and he told me that my tree would be replaced before 5/8/10. The entire summer past and I had not heard from anyone at Pitchforks.
