In short, I recommend Michael and Pitcher Perfect Roofing. I booked Michael for a roof inspection at my house. I paid the fee online and Michael called me to arrange a time for the inspection. Michael arrived and had an impressive looking drone. I was working at home at the time, so I left Michael to do the inspection. I think it lasted about 20 minutes. We initially contacted Michael to conduct a roof report and he was honest and reasonable with his report and suggested improvements/repairs. He was able to use his knowledge and skills in roof restoration and roof plumbing to repair our roof in a timely manner with quality materials and workmanship. Highly recommend Michael's work!

Michael was brilliant for us. We’re selling our house and he came over for a pre-sale inspection to assess the roof where we had some broken tiles, lichen growth and needed a structural beam assessed. He flew his drone over the roof taking high res pictures & inspecting the whole thing to assess any damage. He even hopped up there to replace a few broken tiles. Had an urgent leak that needed repairing and Michael was able to come out on a Sunday too. Fixed leaked and went above and beyond to brace AC unit which had fallen over. Amazing service! Would definitely recommend for any roofing issues!
