To be honest, I was trying to rent commercial space. He took so long to prepare the lease. Be sure not to exchange any money or start work in the store before you read and review your lease very well. He protect landlord rights but as renter be sure to agree about everything before starting to write the lease. This my advice his lease is not flexible and you pay almost everything.
Extremely difficult to work with lawyer who was grossly incompetent. Not worth hiring, please go somewhere else to find a lawyer.
