Highly recommend Pitch Perfect Events! They delivered and set up tables, chairs, linens, and a tent for an outdoor wedding the day before the ceremony. Very happy with both the quality of the what was provided and the delivery and pick up. They were super easy to work with even as the order was adjusted leading up to the wedding. And they were fairly priced.
Good service and very understanding to the needs of the customer. I contacted Pitch Perfect for a friend to rent a 20x30 tent/canopy, when they delivered and tried to setup the tent, my friend and hubby changed their minds. Although the requested service did not go through, the staff understood the situation. I'm giving them 5 star for professionalism!
We had an excellent experience with this Pitch Perfect Events NC. Communication with Matthew was clear and responsive from start to finish and he was very friendly. He provided multiple quotes to help us find the best fit for our needs. The team were also incredibly accommodating with tight delivery and pick-up windows for our Airbnb stay, which made everything much less stressful. If you ever Need Tent Rental service, tables and chairs etc! This is the Best company I have work with! From the customer care to setup and pickup was FLAWLESS!!!! A big THANK YOU to Victor, Uli and Javier, for the set up and pick up! Amazing!!! Our guests were very happy with the set up and don’t forget the heater! A big PLUS! I’ll be calling you all again!
