Excellent gym with skillful, funny, down to earth coaches and members. It feels like a community center with all of its positivity. I am glad to see a business like this serving the community in such an empowering way.
I have trained here consistently since my junior year of high school and I have enjoyed every second of it. Not only will you gain physical strength from the grappling and striking training, the empowerment from learning how to defend yourself is unmatched.
