Great food overall, fresh ingredients, all prepared right in front of your eyes. BUT, (and thats a big but) a big deterrent for me is their prices. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous. 15 dollars for a base bowl is outrageous. The other day I went in, got a bowl with double chicken and a drink. Thats it. Simple lunch, nothing extra. Every worker here is so kind and helpful! They recommend new items I would have never tried! It’s so nice knowing everytime I come here I will get incredible customer service!
This was my 1st visit. My son raves about it so I thought I would try it. The food was good (had the curry bowl -generous protein portions) but what prompted the review was the customer service. It really stood out compared to similar restaurants (fast/casual). Every employee was super friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to be kind. It did not seem fake. Well trained in interacting with customers.
