Outstanding customer service! I accidentally ordered online at the other location, then cancelled the order accidentally, was still charged through the app. Walked to the Williams St. spot. They understood immediately. Made my order (fast, btw) AND gave me a free sample of cheddar & cauliflower soup. Everything was delicious.
