The quality of food at the Whitmore location in Vaughan has SIGNIFICANTLY gone downhill. Vegetables are flimsy, chicken is squishy and full of cartilage — I NEVER had these problems prior to the renovations. The size of the new lentil soup containers are laughable. Wraps have decreased in size while prices stayed the same. The employees have completely lost their minds. I’m told different rules about topping costs every time I’m there.
