Really disappointing experience. Pre-ordered my food on Uber for pick up. For myself and my kids. Got there 10 minutes after I ordered and it wasn’t even started (that’s fine, I get it) so we decide we will just eat it in there. I set the kids up at the table, 5 minutes later my cell phone rings and it’s the restaurant stating they can’t make 4 of the items on the order. Wow! This location is so fast with making their tasty and fresh food. I had a really great conversation with one of the employees that I didn’t even realize that my food was ready. That tzatziki sauce is the best with any of their food.
The service was genuinely the best they made sure to serve me as fast as possible even when it was pretty busy but even tho they where quick their food was still excellent
The food was fresh and tasty. Me and my cousins really enjoyed our plate with salad, flavoured rice and chicken. The fries box was so good, crispy fries and chicken was mouth watering. The young girl who served us was so polite and friendly. I really come back and recommend Pitaland hw7.
