The server was taking my order and talking to the other server at the same time as I was trying to let her know what toppings I wanted in my rice and chicken bowl. The rice was old, cold and dry. The chicken is shaved off and put on a hot table to further cook this is not shawarma, the chicken has pieces of fat they put in it for flavor.... that's not how you prepare shawarma, the flavor comes from the marination and preparation, the portions are also not generous at all.
