What a wonderful restaurant! The host (manager, owner, I'm not sure) was quick and attentive but definitely knew what he was doing. While waiting for my takeout, I watched him greet every customer by name and genuinely connect with each one. The food was perfect, came out quickly, and will make me return to try more.
The owner is very friendly and will explain the dishes as needed.
