Greetings, Have gotten to try the pulled pork sandwich and mac 'n' cheese with brisket. Not too bad and definitely willing to try other menu items. The meat is more fatty than I have had at other BBQ places. Good customer service and location. Appreciate having a BBQ cart back.
One of my top favorite BBQ trucks in the Portland metro. The brisket and pulled pork are top tier. My son loves the hot dog kids meal, too.
I recently visited Pit to Platter BBQ and ordered the Brisket Sandwich, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The smoked brisket was tender and full of flavor, perfectly complemented by the sweet BBQ sauce. The addition of the fresh slaw on a soft brioche bun brought the whole sandwich together beautifully. Got the rib platter and a lemonade (32oz of refreshing and sweet)! The ribs were delicious, tender and saucy, and the beans were also great- would recommend! Next time I want to try the Aloha pulled pork sandwich with pineapple :)
