I had Tom come out and fix a rock chip last Saturday. He had stated it is fixable. However my Rick chip has continued to crack. I called Tom a couple of times and left messages and I have still not yet received a call back. Per website it states…Pit Stop Windshield Repair guarantees all work for the life of the windshield. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, or the repair is not satisfactory, we will refill the rock chip or line crack at no additional cost to you.

I can’t recommend Pit Stop Mobile highly enough! I was looking for service on a Saturday and Pit Stop is one of the few shops open. Tom was quick to respond and was able to get my chip repaired in about 15 minutes. He was very polite and gave great insights in case another chip happened. His prices are competitive and often better than other shops. . 5 stars!
