My original comment was a complaint about a missed WOF issue and was questioning their quality of work given the cost and quality they promote. However this has since been well rectified, including polishing up the lights like new and correcting WOF issue. Now I can be sure the car will be safe, I appreciate the professionalism and effort, thanks guys.
Brought my Toyota Vitz in for WOF 8/8/2025. Since a family member was paying for them to fix any warrant issues I allowed them to proceed with fixing "minor issues." $180 labour to replace 3 light bulbs, window wipers and a brake peddle switch, you charge lawyer fees? $17 for consumables, for what? $75ish to scan fault codes and $80 for head light polish both of which would include labour, so what's with the $180?
